Review Samples and PR

If you represent a brand or PR agency and would like to send a product for review consideration, email us with full product details and South African availability. Sending a review sample does not guarantee coverage, and all editorial decisions are made independently.

Advertising

We do not accept sponsored posts or paid placement. Display advertising on ListenToSA is served through the Google AdSense network. For advertising questions, contact us by email.

Corrections

Spotted a factual error? Email us with the article URL and the correction. We update content promptly.

Story tips

If you have come across something worth looking into, a recurring fault with a device, a pricing change, a firmware update that broke something, we want to hear about it. Include as much detail as you can: the device and model, when you noticed it, and whether you have seen others report the same thing. We do not publish reader reports without checking them first, and we will never identify you without asking.

Requesting a topic

If there is a device you are weighing up or a process you cannot find a clear guide for, send it over. Reader requests genuinely shape what we schedule, particularly for how-to and explainer pieces, and a question asked once has usually been asked by many more people who did not write in.

What we cannot help with

We are not able to provide individual technical support, recover accounts, unlock devices, or intervene with a manufacturer or retailer on your behalf. For warranty and repair issues, your retailer or the manufacturer’s official support channel will get you further than we can. We also do not accept guest posts, sponsored articles, or link insertion requests, so please do not email about those.

Response times

We are a small team and we read everything that comes in. General enquiries are usually answered within two to three business days. Corrections are prioritised and handled faster, normally within one business day, because an error left standing is worse than an unanswered question.
